Eligibility for Returns

Reporting Timeline

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Along with your request, you must provide clear images or videos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. This is required for verification purposes and to help us process your request quickly.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor variations in colour, design, or finish due to screen settings or manufacturing differences
  • Products returned due to personal preference or change of mind
  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging
  • Return requests raised after the 48-hour reporting window

Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund has been initiated. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, based on stock availability and the nature of the issue. If a replacement is offered and accepted, it will be dispatched within the standard delivery timeline.
